Accessibility

We want every Mega Man fan to be able to enjoy 20XXpo. Here's what we know so far, and how to reach us if you need something specific.

This is 20XXpo's first year, so we don't have a dedicated Accessibility department yet the way some larger, longer-running conventions do. That doesn't mean accessibility is an afterthought. Our staff are committed to helping however we can, and we'd rather hear about what you need ahead of time than have you run into a problem on site. The earlier you reach out, the more we can do. Questions, requests, or anything else can go to 2027@20XXpo.com.

Getting Around the Venue

The Lynnwood Event Center has two floors, connected by a single elevator near the main entrance, right across from Registration and the LEC Info Desk. There are also two staircases, one on each side of the building.

We're asking everyone who's able to use the stairs to take them instead of the elevator. That keeps the elevator available for attendees who need it for accessibility reasons, as well as for anyone moving something large or heavy, like equipment or a crate of supplies.

Parking

Parking at the Lynnwood Event Center is free. There are accessible parking spots reserved near the entrance for vehicles with the proper placard or plates.

Restrooms

All restrooms at 20XXpo will be gender-neutral. There are three restroom areas around the venue, and each one has a wheelchair-accessible stall.

Requesting Accommodations

We're still working out details like ASL interpreting for panels or concerts, a dedicated quiet space, and mobility aid availability on site. If any of these would make a difference for your weekend, email us and let us know what you need. We can't promise we'll have everything figured out this first year, but we'll do our best, and knowing what people actually need helps us plan for next year too.

Service Animals

Service animals are always welcome at 20XXpo, in every event space.
